TRIAL POLICY:
(for US. customers only) If you are unable to visit my showroom, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, we can ship the "sample" guitar (double top - pictured on my web site) to you for a 48 hour trial period, anywhere in the continental U.S. You simply send us the payment in full and then we can ship the guitar to you for the trial period. You will have a chance to play the guitar, feel it and compare to any instrument you may already own. After this, you will ship the guitar back to Indiana. Shipping is done through UPS or Federal Express second day air, and you must fully insure it.Your payment will be held until we get the instrument back and examine it for any damage. If the guitar has been damaged, the amount for repair will be determined and would be deducted from your security check.
Therefore please do take maximum care of this instrument so it comes back in the original condition. If there is no damage we will mail your check/money order back to you immediately the same day .You can then place your order or decline. It is entirely up to you.
